merging to form one new company. The companies provide a wide range of
services to persons in need of support in the community. There is an
immediate vacancy for a full time Head of Human Resources for an

THE JOB:
Overall HR responsibility for HR in the integration of the three
organisations and the HR function of the newly merged entity.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop, lead and manage the HR function for the new organisation
with approx. **Apply on the website** employees
* Manage the transition and integrate the cultures of the three
merging organisations
* Participative member of the Management Team
* Development of a Human Resources Strategy and Implementation Plan
* Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to key management
positions in relation to all areas of internal relations and employee
engagement
* Prepare and resource the organisation for developing, implementing
and achieving external Quality Accreditation
* Develop a Communications Strategy and Implementation Plan
THE SKILLS WE?RE LOOKING FOR:
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following
role related experience, knowledge and qualifications.
* Degree Level
* Member of CIPD
* Preferably a minimum of 5 years HR Management experience
* Experienced HR Professional with experience in HR strategy as well
as strong operational focus
* Experience of either working in a Health/Social care sector or a
strong understanding of the environment
* In-depth knowledge and experience of the full range of HR
functions
* Experience and knowledge of employee relations, and experience of
utilizing a range of dispute resolution techniques and processes
* Experience of transformational HR, policy development and
implementation, change management and organisational development
initiatives
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* People management and supervisory experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to
develop and sustain collaborative relationships with a range of
stakeholders
* Strong PC Skills, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
The successful candidate will play a lead role in developing the HR
Function and providing key decision-making support to the Management
Team.
